This policy explains what information PSXAITrade collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain — the same way the product works.
PSXAITrade ("we", "us") provides a software interface that lets you interact with your own brokerage account on the Pakistan Stock Exchange using plain language. We are not a broker, an exchange, or a licensed financial adviser. This policy applies to our website and the in-app assistant.
When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, a unique Google account identifier, and basic profile details, which we use to create and secure your account.
To connect your account, you provide your broker login details. These are encrypted and used only to operate your private instance on your behalf. We do not display them back to you or share them.
When you ask a question, we read the relevant data from your brokerage account (such as holdings, orders, and prices) to answer it. This data is processed to serve your request.
Your chat messages and the assistant's responses are stored so your history and separate conversations persist across sessions.
We record operational data such as request timestamps, usage counts, provisioning status, and standard server logs (including IP address) to run and secure the service.
Subscriptions are handled by our payment processor (Paddle). We do not receive or store your full card details — only the subscription status needed to manage your access.
To generate responses, the contents of your conversation and the relevant account data are processed by a third-party AI model provider on our behalf. This processing exists to produce your answer. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your brokerage data or conversations to train public AI models.
We share information only with service providers who help us run the product, and only as needed:

Your brokerage credentials are encrypted at rest. Each account runs in its own isolated instance — your data is never pooled with other users. Connections are protected in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.
We keep your account and conversation data while your account is active. When you delete your instance or close your account, we delete or de-identify the associated data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited records for legal, billing, or security purposes.

We use a single essential session cookie to keep you signed in. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. Third-party sign-in and payment tools may set their own cookies when you use them.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated policy.
