These terms govern your use of PSXAITrade. By signing in or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them — a few points really matter for a product that touches your brokerage account.
The short version: PSXAITrade is a tool you control. It never places an order without your confirmation, it doesn't give investment advice, and you're responsible for the trades you approve.
By creating an account or using PSXAITrade, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
PSXAITrade is a software interface that connects to your own brokerage account and lets you view information and submit orders using plain language. We are not a broker, a dealer, an exchange, a custodian, or a licensed financial adviser. Your funds and securities remain with your broker at all times; we never take custody of them.
You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter a contract, and the rightful holder of the brokerage account you connect. You are responsible for complying with all laws and with your broker's own terms.
The assistant may prepare an order based on your request, but no order is submitted until you explicitly confirm it on the confirmation card. You are solely responsible for every order you confirm, including its symbol, side, quantity, and price. Once you confirm, the order is sent to your broker for execution, which is subject to your broker and the exchange — we do not guarantee that any order will be received, accepted, or filled.
PSXAITrade provides information, data, and general analysis to help you make your own decisions. Nothing it produces is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. AI-generated output can be incomplete or wrong; verify anything important before acting on it.
Trading involves substantial risk. Prices can move against you and you may lose some or all of your capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Only trade with money you can afford to lose, and consider seeking advice from a licensed professional.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that data, prices, or analysis are accurate, complete, or timely. Market data may be delayed or illustrative. You use the service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PSXAITrade and its providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any trading losses, missed or failed orders, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
You may stop using the service and delete your instance at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, or to protect the service or other users. On termination, your right to use the service ends and your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
